Webster Financial Subsidiary Changes Its Name To Better Reflect HNW Focus

Fleming, Perry & Cox, a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corporation since 2002, has changed its name to Webster Wealth Advisors. 

Joe Savage, president of Webster Bank, said the name change “more tightly aligns the services with Webster’s brand” as well as WWA’s focus on high net worth individuals and families.

“This name change is just the external manifestation of the team’s integration with our private banking offering,” added Dan FitzPatrick, executive vice president and head of Webster Private Bank.

There will be no changes to the investment team, which includes Joe Cox, senior vice president and director of wealth advisory services; Chris Perry, senior vice president and senior wealth advisor; Eileen Cahill, senior vice president and senior wealth advisor; and Brian Swedrock, investment administrator.

Webster Financial Corporation is the holding company for Webster Bank. With $22 billion in assets, Webster provides business and consumer banking, mortgages, private banking, trust and investment services.
